Although Genius doesn't support most MUD extensions, like Pueblo Enhancements, MUD Sound Protocol etc, it still has some key features you certainly don't want to miss:

  • Solid ANSI color display (No Background Colors, though)
  • Endless scrollback buffer
  • Text-search on a selected block or the entire session
  • ANSI buffer loading and saving
  • Direct logging
  • Configuration sets
  • Remappable ANSI colors and font selection
  • Triggers (text reply and/or audio alert)
  • Macros (with parameters)
  • Aliases
  • Alternative copy/paste to merge multiple lines.
  • Terminal arrangement functions
  • Telnet support for AYT, IC, AC and NAWS (more to come)
  • Mousewheel support
  • Paths and keypad navigation for easy movement

Genius isn't a ressource hog, launches quickly and runs on any 32bit Windows system (It should run on NT, although that hasn't been tested).
